Bobcat coming to Perry Public Library December 7

The bobcat (Lynx rufus) is a North American cat that appeared during the Irvingtonian stage of around 1.8 million years ago, according to Wikipedia.

The public is invited to attend a Dallas County Conservation Department presentation on bobcats at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7 at the Perry Public Library.

Dallas County Conservation Naturalist Cindy “Critter Cindy” Blobaum will provide the informative program, featuring a bobcat, in the library’s large meeting room.

The program is free and suitable for all ages. No advance registration is required.
