Fire fighters mopped up after the car was loaded on a flatbed tow truck, sweeping debris from the roadway and spreading an absorbent material to soak up spilled fluids.

My guess it was probably chore time and was heading to feed livestock at another farm…I guess they are even hungry during the winter…Who knew!
