DES MOINES, Iowa — Data from the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) indicate total COVID-19 deaths statewide in Iowa stood at 598 at about 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6. In Dallas County, 26 deaths have been reported.
The total for positive cases statewide stands at 21,478, including 958 in Dallas County.
Of Iowa’s population of 3.1 million people, 185,108 have been tested, about 6% of the total population.
