- Derek Christian Hinton, 30, of 1919 Capitol Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for theft.
April 14, 2020
- Norman Frank Gross, 32. of 321 E. Eighth St., Waterloo, was arrested at 1203 Guthrie St. in De Soto for second-degree robbery, assault causing bodily injury or mental illness, OWI, possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without owner’s consent, open container, no valid driver’s license and defective tires.
