April 11, 2024
- Obert Delius of Orlando, Florida, was parked overnight at the Tyson Fresh Meats plant in Perry, and he discovered damage to his parked vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,200.
April 12, 2024
- Alex Veach of Dallas Center was traveling in the 22000 block of Iowa Highway 44 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.
April 13, 2024
- Tshombe Womack, 20, of 860 S. 68th St., West Des Moines, was arrested on two warrants for failure to appear on original charges of probation violation and possession of a controlled substance.
- Lyle Crawford, 38, of 11 Eleanor Dr., Ottumwa, was arrested for OWI.
April 14, 2024
- Pedro Sanchez, 32, of Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of probation violation.
April 15, 2024
- Eddie Williams, 38, of 3514 Ontario St., Ames, was arrested for open container and possession of a controlled substance.
