- Kyle Douglas Goodman, 28, of 1418 Sixth St., Perry, was arrested on O Avenue for driving under suspension, no insurance and unsafe entry onto a roadway.
- Dennis Ray Warnick, 59, of 3252 Dubuque St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for show cause hearing on an original charge of contempt of court-failure to pay fine or costs.
