- John Wesley Hudson, 52, of 309 Ellis St., Jamaica, was cited and released at Jefferson and Third streets in Bouton for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
- Kathryn Michelle Robertson, 31, of 4836 N.W. Morning Star Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of fourth-degree theft.
