- Mark McCutchan, 44, of 1505 W. Court Ave., Winterset, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Michael Sheehy, 47, of 2919 Kading Rd., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

- Luis Alfonso Carillo Gonzalez, 30, of 7149 W. Nectarine St., Odessa, Texas, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.
