- Anthony Kennedy, 38, of 802 W. Lincoln Way, Jefferson, was arrested on a warrant for assault causing bodily injury.
- Lorenzo Garcia, 34, of 3710 56th St., #37, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree theft.
