- Lucas Robert Winter, 38, of 404 N.E. Harvey St., Grimes, was cited and release near the 112 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 for driving while barred, operation without registration and driving while suspended.
- Sinahi DeMaria Hernandez Bello, 22, of 1707 E. 22nd St., Des Moines, was arrested at 141 S. Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines for driving while barred, no registration and no insurance.
- Allendan Madriaga of Perry was traveling in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
- David Milakovich of Jefferson was traveling in the 26000 block of IOwa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
- Aleksandra Music, 34, of 1380 S.E. Florence Dr., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for animal neglect.
- Michael Lloyd Jones, 22, of 3800 Martin Luther Kking Parkway, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of theft.
December 22, 2018
- Larry Plagmann of Humboldt was traveling in the 13000 block of U.S. Highway 169 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500.
- Kelsey Harder of Van Meter was traveling north on Seneca Avenue when she lost control of her vehicle, which slid through the intersection and entered the ditch on 365th Street. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $8,000
- Alison Brianne Schwartz, 30, of 117 W. Spring St., Colfax, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference on original charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.
- Brandon Lee Stucker, 21, of 1907 W. Third St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on original charges of OWI, carrying weapons, failure to affix drug stamp and probation violation.
December 23, 2018
- Collin Eric Hushagen, 18, of 6411 Bentley Place, Johnston, was arrested at the intersection of Iowa Highway 44 and F Avenue for OWI.
- Derrick Lynn Sandy, 49, of 405 S. State St., Madrid, was arrested at First Avenue and Iowa Highway 141 for OWI.
December 25, 2018
- Kristin Young of Adel was traveling east on Old Highway 6 when her vehicle dropped off the roadway and onto the shoulder. Young tried to over correct, causing the vehicle to roll. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $15,000.

- Brendi Nicole Garcia Rios, 21, of 1401 Otley Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving under suspension.
