- Moises Lopez, 37, of 2801 First Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.

- Andrew Henry McGowan, 28, of 2198 N.W. 141st St., Clive, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of possession of marijuana.

- Mason Daniel Russell, 22, of 680 N. Pleasant Hill Blvd., Pleasant Hill, was arrested at 700 Jordan Creek Parkway in West Des Moines for OWI, open container and speeding.
