- Claire Fitzgerald of Dallas Center was turning south onto U.S. Highway 169 from Lake Shore Drive and did not see a vehicle driven by Brenda Wicks of Adel and collided with Wicks’ vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Fitzgerald’s vehicle was estimated at $4,000, and damage to Wicks’ vehicle was estimated at $4,000.
- Scott Edward Bisarek, 27, of 14624 Westbrook Dr., Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Tyrice DeShawn Douglas, 27, of 1801 Park Ave. S.E., Cedar Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of unauthorized use of a credit card.
