- Joshua Stanley, 25, of 912 Jefferson St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
- Jasmine Atkins, 23, of 3510 Sixth Ave., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Romello Western, 23, of 1521 17th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
- Theodore Corkrean, 19, of 2392 14th St., Van Meter, was arrested for possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
- Jessie Fuentes Pineda of Jamaica was traveling eastbound in the 10000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when she lost control due to icy conditions, and her vehicle rolled into the ditch. Dallas County EMS transported Pineda to the Dallas County Hospital. Damage was estimated at $6,000.
- Anibal Gutierrez of Perry was traveling in the 24000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when he lost control on an icy patch, and his vehicle rolled into the median. Gutierrez was transported to Mercy One Medical Center by Dallas County EMS. Damage was estimated at $15,000.
