- Nathan James Spinden, 26, of 104 14th St., Dallas Center, was arrested at 13th and Laurel streets in Dallas Center for driving while license suspended, operating a vehicle without registration and no insurance.
- Donald Wayne Smith, 52, of 4817 Fleur Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for initial appearance on an original charge of fraudulent practice.
- Takyla Ruth Pittman, 27, of 1214 ½ Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Steven Allen Boylan, 31, of 4817 Fleur Dr., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fraudulent practice.
