- Todd Allen Myers, 35, of 29 River Vista Dr., Adel, was arrested in the 31000 block of 360th Street for driving while barred, driving while license under suspension, fraudulent use of registration and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

- Amanda Melissa Kathryn Johnson, 33, of 2726 Witmer St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree theft.

- Cejae Jacobsen of Grimes was traveling east in the 31000 block of Iowa Highway 44/240th Street when her vehicle hit a slick spot in the roadway and entered the south ditch, striking a mailbox. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $1,500, and damage to the mailbox was estimated at $50.
- Tiffany Schriner of Earlham was traveling in the 18000 block of 335th Lane when she lost control of her vehicle near the curve in the road, and the vehicle entered the ditch, striking a tree. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $7,000.
- Sara Smart of Perry was traveling in the 25000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when she lost control of her vehicle, which struck the bridge. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,000.
January 28, 2019
- Brenda Wafful of Boone was traveling in the 33000 block of U.S. Highway 169 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $2,500.
