Nicholas Allan Sanders, 25, of 1026 Clark St., Dexter, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial conference on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.
Jim DeSilvery of Glen Gary Brick Plant, 1519 Old Highway 6, reported someone broke into the break room building and took candy out of a vending machine.
