Jan. 28, 2022

  • Natasha Vest, 29, of 1637 E. Walnut St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
  • Phillip Lautner of Adel was traveling eastbound on 338th Lane at Old Portland Road when his vehicle was struck head on by a vehicle driven by Rayden Rath of Adel. No injuries were reported. Damage to Lautner’s vehicle was estimated at $3,000, and damage to Rath’s vehicle was estimated at $6,000.
  • A vehicle, owned by Zane Shryock of Minburn, was found wrecked and unoccupied in a ditch in the 27000 block of 195th Street. Damage was estimated at $7,500.

Jan. 29, 2022

  • Eric Stockman, 39, of 800 Dallas St., De Soto, was arrested for OWI and issued a citation for failure to use headlamps when required.
  • Kendrick Fuller, 44, of 621 N. Second Ave., Newton, was arrested for driving while license denied, suspended, cancelled or revoked.
  • James Terracciano, 35, of 312 S. Fourth Ave., Winterset, was arrested for operating without interlock and OWI.
  • Dennis Davitt, 42, of 509 W. Washington St., Knoxville, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.
  • Michael Manning of Des Moines was traveling northbound in the 34000 clock of L Avenue when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
  • Tonya Thoren of De Soto was traveling in the 29000 clock of El Paso Avenue when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,500.

Jan. 30, 2022

  • Daniel Lund, 40, of 9430 Laurel Circle, Omaha, Nebraska, was arrested for interference with official acts.
