- Parris Denise Clayton, 21, of 3700 Fifth St., Rock Island, Ill., was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of third-degree theft.
- Kyanja Keri Vanwey, 31, of 118 S.E. Fourth St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of no valid driver’s license.
