- Megan Ross of Earlham was traveling south in the 33000 block of H Avenue when she lost control of her vehicle, and it went into the west ditch, rolling onto its top. Ross was transported to the Madison County Memorial Hospital. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000. Ross was issued a citation for failure to maintain control.
June 7, 2017
- Phillip Kichheiser of Perry was traveling in the 15000 block of Highway 141 Diagonal when his vehicle drove onto the gravel shoulder, skidded, crossed the westbound lanes, entered the ditch and struck a tree, rolling over then coming to rest on its wheels. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
June 8, 2017
- Austin Timothy Bell, 20, of 2213 Avery Ave., Norwalk, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation on an original charge of prohibited acts.
- Joseph Staley of Van Meter was traveling in the 23000 block of Maple Ridge Road when his vehicle came missed the curve in the road and entered the ditch. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $4,000.
- Mary Borst of Redfield reported someone entered her residence while she was gone. Several items were missing.
