- Edgar Salgado, 28, of 320 North Ave., #2, Aurora, Ill., was arrested at Old Portland Road and 360th Street in Van Meter for OWI, child endangerment and interference with official acts.
March 9, 2018
- Patrick Marsh and Etta Downing reported that someone stole a log splitter, aluminum ladder and battery charger from property at 710 Dallas St. in Dexter.
- Alison Punelli of Stuart was traveling north in the 34000 block of Ute Avenue when she lost control of her vehicle, which slid off the roadway and into the ditch. Punelli was transported to Methodist Medical Center by Dallas County EMS. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6,000.

- Lauren Amelia Sievers, 23, of 15490 Boston Parkway, Clive, was arrested in the 28000 block of U.S. Highway 6 for OWI.
- Alexa Dawn Riesselman, 23, of 1265 S.E. University Ave., Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for wanton neglect of a dependent adult.

- Chandra Andreana Wueener Rumbaugh, 29, of 919 Taylor St., Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.

- Lamont Latroy Flowers, 21, of 3206 Amherst St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of OWI.
