- Stephanie McDade of Linden reported someone threw a bag of rocks into her window and broke the glass.
- Lisa Renee Bandfield, 51, of 409 Crisman St., Dysart, Iowa, was cited and released at Willis Avenue and Third Street in Perry for driving while suspended and no insurance.
