- Kevin William Johnson, 29, of 320 Walnut St., De Soto, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended.
- Robert Egeland of Jefferson was traveling in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.
- Shamba Afaray of Des Moines was traveling east in the 26000 block of Iowa Highway 141 when a vehicle ahead of him driven by Robert Craig of Carroll entered Afaray’s lane, causing his vehicle to go onto the shoulder and back onto the road, striking Craig’s vehicle. No injuries were reported. Damage to Afaray’s vehicle was estimated at $8,000, and damage to Craig’s vehicle was estimated at $10,000.
- Daniel Applegate of Earlham was traveling west in the 21000 block of Old Highway 6 when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,000.

- Melina Brooke Callahan Lopez, 32, of 722 Highway St., Coon Rapids, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on original charges of burglary, possession of a controlled substance and carrying weapons.
- Halsey Stocker of Coon Rapids was traveling near the 105 mile marker of U.S. Interstate 80 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $6,000.
- David Ocasio of Adel was traveling north on Old Portland Road when he lost control of the vehicle. Minor injuries were treated by Dallas County EMS. Damage to the vehicle estimated was at $5,000. Ocasio was issued a citation for failure to maintain.
- Candice Marie Ortiz, 30, of 202 Seventh St. S., Grand Junction, was cited and released in 28000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal for driving while suspended, speeding and no insurance.
- Eiddie Mun, 33, of 202 SEventh St. S., Grand Junction, was arrested in the 28000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal for interference with official acts.
- Rhonda Fletcher of Dallas Center was traveling in the 15000 block of Iowa Highway 141 Diagonal when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries were reported. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $3,500.
