- Manatt’s of 1775 Old 6 Road, Brooklyn, Iowa, reported the theft of steel wire from machinery at their job site at 24000 Pasco Lane in Adel.

- Nathan Lawrence Benedict, 27, of 112 13th St., Adel, was cited and released for driving while license suspended at 150th Street and L Avenue near Perry.
- Jonathan Milledge of Winterset was traveling south on Green Street in De Soto when he stopped at the intersection of Locust Street to wait for a vehicle to turn and was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Lillie Smith of Winterset. No injuries were reported. Damage to Milledge’s vehicle estimated at $1,500, and damage to Smith’s vehicle was estimated at $1,000. Smith was issued a citation for failure to stop in assured and clear distance.

- Tori Lynn Roach, 25, of 1039 19th St., Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fraudulent practice.
