- Matthew James Spaulding, 23, of 1016 Graceland Ave., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance.

- Robert Bryan Hill, 44, of 111 Seventh St., Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia.
