October 6, 2016
- Michael Dean Sheehy, 42, of 514 Willis Ave., Perry, was arrested in the 28000 block of Iowa Highway 141 for driving while suspended.
- Jeffrey Thomas Spencer, 47, of Cedar Rapids was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of probation violation.
