- Linda Kuhn of Perry was traveling on Iowa Highway 141 near O Avenue when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle, driven by Gaige Carnahan of Redfield. No injuries were reported. Damage to Kuhn’s vehicle was estimated $10,000. Damage to Carnahan’s vehicle was estimated at $5,000. Carnahan was issued a citation for failure to yield upon entering through highway.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
