- Daniel Ramirez, 32, of 2021 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended and probation violation from a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
- Jared Daniel King, 22, of 33019 K Ave., Adel, reported several items missing from his garage.
September 4, 2016
- Judith Morris of Winterset was traveling east on 360th Street and was slowing down to make a left hand turn onto Ute Avenue when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Bailey Harrison of Adel. Three passengers in Harrison’s vehicle were taken to the hospital by Waukee EMS and a family member. Damage to Harrison’s vehicle was estimated at $4000 and $2000 to Morris’ vehicle. Harrison was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

- Ryan Jacob Ayers, 24, of 413 Fourth St., Perry, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of driving while license suspended.
