Amy Lorraine Frohn, 42, of De Soto was arrested Sunday on a charge of third-degree harassment.

A De Soto woman was arrested Sunday on a Dallas County warrant in connection with an incident Dec. 15 in which she allegedly sent her ex-husband’s ex-wife an ambiguous text message.

Amy Lorraine Frohn, 42, of 208 Locust St., De Soto, was arrested on a warrant for third-degree harassment.

According to court records, the incident occurred about 2 p.m. Dec. 15, when Frohn allegedly sent a text message to her ex-husband’s ex-wife that read, “enjoy the next 10 day.”

The female victim told officers of the De Soto Police Department that the text had the effect of “making her feel unsafe,” according to court records.

The victim told the officers that Frohn allegedly “harassed her in the past with threatening messages, making this an ongoing issue for the victim,” according to court records.

A warrant for Frohn’s arrest was ordered Dec. 16 in Dallas County District Court and served Dec. 18. Frohn was held in the Dallas County Jail on a $1,000 cash or surety bond. She is scheduled for a pretrial conference Jan. 10 in Dallas County District Court.

  1. “Enjoy” is such a scary word . . . for the mentally ill. I wonder what the charges would have been if she had included “Merry Christmas” in that dastardly message. I hope she sues everyone (including the police) for false arrest.
