The deadline for nominations for the 2019 Perry Rotary Club Civil Servant of the Year Award is Friday, Dec. 20 at 4 p.m.
The annual award honors an outstanding civil servant from any one of the following service areas: law enforcement, fire department, ambulance/EMS, emergency services, health care and human services/other services.
Eligible nominees are considered by the Perry Rotary Club’s Selection Committee, which makes the final choice and notifies the winner of the date, time and location of the award presentation.
To nominate a worthy local civil servant, simply download and complete the nomination form and email it to: mvonbehren@perry.lib.ia.us. Nomination forms may also be found at the Perry Public Library, McCreary Community Building and Perry Chamber of Commerce offices, and completed forms may be dropped off in person or mailed to the circulation desk at the Perry Public Library, 1101 Willis Ave., Perry, IA 50220.
