Democratic presidential hopeful Andrew Yang, a New York entrepreneur and philanthropist, will visit Perry Friday, Jan. 3 at the Perry Perk coffeehouse at 1201 Warford St.
The doors open at 7:30 p.m., and the event starts at 8 p.m.
Yang has written two books, the 2014 “Smart People Should Build Things: How to Restore Our Culture of Achievement, Build a Path for Entrepreneurs and Create New Jobs in America” and the 2018 “The War on Normal People: The Truth About America’s Disappearing Jobs and Why Universal Basic Income Is Our Future.”
