A fire alarm in the upper-floor residences at 1314 Second St. brought the Perry Police Department and Perry Volunteer Fire Department to the scene about 9 p.m. Thursday.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
An investigation disclosed no fire, and a call was placed to the owner of the property, which houses Zion Recovery Service and a Gannett-New Media business on the ground floor at 1316 Second St. and four upper-floor apartments at 1314 Second St.
