Fire partially destroyed a house in rural Lincoln Township Monday afternoon before firefighters could control the blaze.
There were no injuries in the fire at 19363 B Ave., about three miles east of Yale.
The cause of the fire is under investigation at this hour.
The 1.5 story frame house was built in 1898, according to Dallas County records. The property is owned by Curtis Clark and Mollie Clark.
The fire was reported about 3:45 p.m.
Responding to the incident were the Dallas County Sheriff’s office, Perry First Responders, Perry Volunteer Fire Department Dawson Station, Jamaica Volunteer Fire Department, Yale Volunteer Fire Department, Woodward Volunteer Fire Department, Dallas County EMS and Panora Ambulance.
