Injuries were sustained when a vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree about one mile east of the Woodward Resource Center Wednesday about 2:30 a.m.
It is unknown at this hour the number of occupants in the passenger vehicle that was apparently traveling on Iowa Highway 210 (334th Road) near O Avenue when it entered the north ditch and struck a tree in the front yard of 1403 334th Road.
The Boone County Sheriff’s office, Woodward First Responders, Woodard Volunteer Fire Department and Boone County EMS responded.
