Jerry Hochstetler, 62, of Perry passed away Friday, Feb. 12, 2016, at the Boone County Hospital in Boone, Iowa.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 17 at 11 a.m. at the Sunstream Retreat Center, 1130 Juneberry Road in Ogden. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m., with family present from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16 at the Carris Family Funeral Home in Perry.
