The offices of the Perry City Hall and Perry Water Works are open for business Monday in spite of the icy roads, but activities at the McCreary Community Building and Perry Public Library are cancelled.
City garbage pickup and recycling services are proceeding as scheduled but face delays due to road conditions.
Workers with the Perry Public Works Department have been at work since shortly after 2 a.m. Monday, treating city streets and making the morning commute possible for Perry laborers who had to travel.
