The Dallas County Hospital is excited to announce MercyOne Family Medicine Clinics in Perry and Panora will become a part of Dallas County Hospital, an affiliate of MercyOne, effective June 28, 2019.
Both clinics will remain at their current locations with their current health care teams.
“The providers and staff at these two clinics are all outstanding health care providers who have worked to care for the needs of our community for many years,” said Angela Mortoza, Dallas County Hospital CEO. “For these and the countless other contributions MercyOne has made to our communities, we are elated for the opportunity to join forces and continue carrying out this long-standing tradition of high-quality, specialized care close to home.”
Both clinics will be renamed to DCH Family Medicine. For appointments and scheduling information, please call:
DCH Family Medicine Panora: 641-755-2121
DCH Family Medicine Perry: 515-465-3553
“Our mutual decision to pursue this opportunity has come after many months of thoughtful and collaborative discussions,” Mortoza said. “We know that unifying is the right thing to do to strengthen both organizations and ensure access to health care for the communities we serve well into the future.”
MercyOne Vice President of Network Affiliates Mike Trachta said the Dallas County Hospital “has been providing care in the region for 65 years and is well known by members of the Perry and Panora communities. MercyOne has enjoyed a long-standing relationship with Dallas County Hospital, and we are confident patients will continue to receive the high quality, personalized care they have come to expect.”
Please join us in our excitement about this transition. We look forward to delivering the best health care services and working together to improve the health of the communities we serve.
