New doctor starts this week at Mercy Family Care in Perry

Among the Perry doctors associated with the Dallas County Hospital and the Mercy Family Clinic is Dr. William Nicholas Palmer.

A new doctor joined the team Monday at Mercy Clinics Family Medicine in Perry.

William Nicholas Palmer M.D. is accepting new patients. He joins Perry healthcare providers, Drs. Steven Sohn, Kurt Klise and Eric Ash and Certified Physician Assistants Deb Medici-Feick, Lindsay Weber and Jason Noble.

Palmer attended Des Moines Christian School and took his undergraduate degree from Iowa State University. He  earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica.

The Des Moines native completed his family medicine residency through the Mercy Family Medicine Residency Program. He currently lives in Urbandale.
