The Perry Public Library will host its annual shredding event, free to the public, on Saturday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. until noon.
The shredder truck will be located in the parking lot on the library’s south side, accessible from Railroad Street.
The annual event gives Perry residents an opportunity residents to dispose of outdated personal documents in a safe, secure and cost-free way.
The shred event is sponsored by the Perry Public Library and the City of Perry. Donations are accepted to help defray the cost of this annual event. For more information, visit the library’s website of call 515-465-3569.
