Perry and all of Dallas County are under a severe thunderstorm watch until 2 a.m. Thursday, the National Weather Service offices in Johnston announced Wednesday night about 10 a.m.
Along with Dallas County, Adair, Adams, Audubon, Cass, Clarke, Decatur, Greene, Guthrie, Madison, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Ringgold, Shelby, Taylor and Union counties are under the severe thunderstorm watch.
