February 19, 2018

  • An officer assisted someone with a civil issue.
  • An officer spoke to someone about a civil issue.
  • An officer spoke to someone about lost property.
  • An officer spoke to someone about an animal complaint.
  • An officer spoke to someone about an animal complaint.
  • A Boone County Deputy did a welfare check on a subject in the 400 block of S.E. Second Street.

February 20, 2018

  • A Boone County Deputy arrested Bobbi Swain at 226 Haws Dr. on an outstanding warrant.

February 21, 2018

  • An officer investigated a single-vehicle accident at N.E. Third and Sycamore streets. Amber DeGeneffe, 17, of Ogden was driving her 2002 Oldsmobile southbound on N.E. Third Street when she slid on the ice-covered roadway and entered a snow drift. There was less than $1,500 in damage, so no state report was filed.

February 22, 2018

  • A Boone County Deputy responded to an intrusion alarm at Casey’s General Store. The alarm was set off by an employee.
  • Boone County Deputies responded to a report of a semi-tractor pulling a tanker and hitting the street light at S. First and Mulberry streets and knocking the light to the ground. The Ogden Municipal Utilities were notified. The deputies were unable to locate the semi-tractor-tanker.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders and the Boone County EMS at 201 S.W. Seventh St.
  • An officer responded to the Ogden High School for a report of a student who was possibly under the influence.
  • An officer received a report of a group of teenagers trying to get into the football field near the east entrance of the Ogden High School. The officer was unable to locate anyone around the school.

February 23, 2018

  • An officer returned a phone call to someone who requested an officer stand by while she retrieved some personal belongings from an Ogden residence.
  • An officer stood by while someone retrieved belongings from a residence.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders and the Boone County EMS.

February 24, 2018

  • An officer responded to an intrusion alarm at the Ogden High School. The alarm was set off by staff and students returning from show choir competition.
  • An officer received a request to help an Ogden resident who was having trouble getting a smoke detector to shut off. The resident had a small fire on the stove, which she extinguished and was able to shut off the detector prior to officer’s arrival.
  • An officer assisted the Ogden First Responders.

February 25, 2018

  • An officer was requested to check an Ogden residence for a female juvenile who had run away from her home in Boone. The female was not at the residence.
  • Someone notified an Ogden officer that he lost control on the ice-covered road just east of J Avenue on 216th Street and struck a sign. The officer notified the Boone County Communications Center and requested a Boone County Deputy make contact with the driver.
  • An officer assisted someone locked out of vehicle.

*A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
