Beginning Monday, Nov. 8 at 8 a.m., 130th Street between R Avenue and S Avenue will close for culvert replacement, the Dallas County Secondary Roads Department announced Tuesday.
The road will reopen Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 5 p.m., weather depending.
