An SUV struck a house on Willis Avenue Monday morning, injuring the driver.
The one-vehicle crash occurred shortly after 11 a.m. at 1619 Willis Ave., where the Jeep Grand Cherokee struck the northwest corner of the two-story house, causing significant damage both to the vehicle and the residential structure.
The cause of the accident is unknown at this hour. Officers of the Perry Police Department are investigating.
The Dallas County EMS also responded.
