Otley Avenue between 10th and 12th streets will be closed between Tuesday, Oct. 15 for the installation of water and sewer service lines, the Perry City Hall announced Monday.
The street will close at 8 a.m. and reopen at 3 p.m. in order to allow drop-off and pick-up of students at the bus stop.
