PANORA — The best efforts of grounds keepers — with an assist from players on both teams — could not bring the Panorama softball diamond up to safe playing conditions Thursday.[wpedon id=”82220″ align=”center”]
The result was the cancellation of their non-conference contest with Saydel, a game that will not be rescheduled.
Wet grounds in Woodward Thursday postponed a baseball doubleheader between Panorama and the Woodward Academy. The twin bill has been moved to July 2, with the first game to start at 3:15 p.m.
Panorama will resume Monday’s suspended games against visiting Des Moines Christian today. The softball game will pick up at 5:30 p.m. and baseball at 6 p.m.
