The Perry Area Food Pantry will host a community open house Saturday, June 25 from 10 a.m. to noon at their new location at 3112 Willis Ave. (aka 1300 28th St.), just north of Willis Avenue and 28th Street.
“We want the Perry community to share in the excitement of our newly remodeled store and location,” said a pantry spokesperson. “Some of our volunteers will be available to explain our services.”
The pantry serves eligible households in the Perry Community School District area on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon and Thursdays from 1-3:30 p.m.
The Perry Area Food Pantry is a 501(c)3 non-profit and has served the community since 1987. A board of directors from the community provides leadership and support. Donations can be sent to P.O.
