The Perry High School student body gathered at 1 p.m. Friday in the Perry Performing Arts Center for the revealing of the 2016 Homecoming Court.
Perry will host Gilbert Sept. 30 for the Homecoming football game, and a wide variety of activities will lead up to the game. Each day next week will be a different themed day for the student body, with Wednesday the traditional Volunteer Day. The Homecoming Parade will be at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with the crowning of the king and queen, a pep rally and bonfire held Thursday.
Queen candidates are Amani Al-Rashid, Brooke Huntington, Chelsea Krueger, Emma Olejniczak and McKinley Thompson. Candidates for king are Brian Amaya, Grant Eklund, Nic Fellom, Brandon Juarez and Adan Medina.
