March 29, 2024
- Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 14000 block of Ivy Place. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 1200 block of 18th Street. The case is under investigation.
- A 12-year-old male from Perry was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.
- Reina Elizabeth Merlos Gönzalez, 23, of 410 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of first-offense OWI.
March 30, 2024
- A 2014 Ford Escape, registered to and driven by Lona Lee Huntley-Shepley of 1314 K Ave., Jefferson, collided with a 2011 Kenworth, registered to Windstar Express Inc. of Carroll and driven by Mark Allen Betts of 603 Second St., Manning. Damage was estimated at $8,000. The circumstances of the collision are not yet available for release.
- Zachary Allen Thomas, 35, of 201 W. Walnut St., Dawson, was arrested on charges of third-degree burglary, disorderly conduct, simulated public intoxication, harassment of a public official, interference with official acts, third or subsequent offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
