April 10, 2024
- Lima Alirio Pena, 52, of 1212 Second St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- A 2011 Dodge Ram pickup, registered to Nathan Morgan Brokaw of 1800 Jones St., Perry, and driven by Ty Wrigley Brokaw of 1800 Jones St., Perry, collided with a 2014 Buick Encore, registered to and driven by Shyanne Lynn Grace of 702 Eighth St., Corning, Iowa, near the intersection of Eighth and Iowa streets. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $1,350.

- Darian Rashona Bighead, 24, of 2205 North St., Perry, was arrested on charges of second-offense possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and driving under suspension.
- Ixtzel Rachel Ortega Andrade, 32, of 1710 Oakland Ave., Des Moines, arrested on a charge of driving under suspension and on a Polk County warrant for failure to appear on an original charge of fifth-degree theft.
