August 25, 2023
- Donald Lee Bieghler III, 39, of 27031 Granite Path, San Antonio, Texas, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for lascivious acts with a child-fondling or touching.
August 26, 2023
- Officers responded to a report of domestic assault abuse in the 2100 block of Fourth Street. No arrests were made.
- Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 300 block of Warford Street. The victim was given a case number to give to her bank.
- Officers responded to a report of a stolen bike in the 500 block of Warford Street. The case is under investigation.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Evelyn Street.
- Pamela Jean Haakma, 68, of 803 Third St., #2, Perry, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
August 27, 2023
- Aaron Joel Garcia, 49, of 13256 Kimple Place, Perry, was arrested on a charge of driving under suspension.
- A 15-year-old male from Perry was arrested on charges of fourth-degree theft and operating without owner’s consent.
- A 2012 Ford Explorer, driven by Luc Valens Ndayisenga, swerved to avoid an animal in the roadway near First and Dewey avenues and struck a stop sign. No injuries were reported.
- Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1300 bock of Pattee Street. A Shih Tzu by the name of Chango was reportedly stolen.
- Officers responded to a report of domestic assault taken in the 800 block of 15th Street. No arrests were made.
August 28, 2023
- Misty Dawn Lawson, 43, of 333 Lucinda St., Perry, was arrested on a charge of fifth-degree theft.
