Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of Park Street. The case is under investigation. The loss was estimated at $400.

Ricardo Hernandez-Hernandez, 32, of 2009 W. Second St., Perry was arrested on Dallas County warrants on Perry original charges of two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, two counts of extortion, 11 counts of invasion of privacy and one count of interference with official acts.
